You can register directly through the online family tree at www.familytree.naeffenfest.ch. Alternatively, if you would like to register per mail, you can return the registration form per mail to Andreas Müller. Please register until April 20st 2019.
With the programme extended to a three day event, we would like to give you the opportunity to register only for Saturday, or additionally also for Saturday night and Sunday morning (for Friday night, there is no registration needed)
We would like to finance about half the costs of the Familienfest (around CHF 18,000.--) through donations from the family. We hope that this allows many families with children to attend. Children under the age of 18 do not have to pay a fee.

The drinks reception on Sunday at Castle Grünenstein will be sponsored by the family Custer. You can sign up for wine tasting at the castle with visit to the vineyard and Torkel (CHF 14.-, paid on site)

We would like to thank sincerely all relatives who have already contributed to the Familienfest fund. We still hope for more donations to make the Familienfest self-supporting (same bank account as above).
If you would like to make use of the Naeffen-fund because of financial reasons (for travelling, reunion fee reductions, ...), please contact Andreas Müller by April 20st, 2019.
We would like you to contribute to our dessert buffet with cakes, sweets and fruits for Saturday afternoon (please packed in containers). You can drop them off on Saturday morning by 10:00 AM at the "Prestegg" parking lot or the courtyard when picking up your name tag. Please indicate on the registration form what you will bring.
As always, we are looking forward to any shorter or longer performances (sketches, plays, music, ...) for Saturday afternoon. If you would like to perform, please inform Kathrin Rinderknecht-Pfister by the beginning of May. If you would like to participate in the collective play, you are invited to join the rehearsal on Sunday, April 14th 2019 at 2:30 PM at the address of Andreas Müller.
On Friday June 21st at 8:00 PM, the movies of past family celebrations will be shown at the Hotel Sonne, Altstätten and on Saturday evening in the large marquee. You can order DVD's of the movies at the reunion.
The list of acommodations contains some hotels and camping areas in the area of Altstätten. You should be able to find more accommodations through the internet. Please make your reservation on time.

Private cars can be parked at the car park "Stossplatz" in Altstätten. The reserved parking spots are marked by the city. The special train of the "Stossbahn" will take you to the reunion site (leaving 10:52 AM). Alternatively, an hurly shuttle bus is available which commutes from the parking lot to the reunion field and back. Parking at the "Alte Stossstrasse" near the reunion field in the woods is not permitted! (we only got the permission with the condition that we do not park any cars there). For emergencies, cars of the committee members are available.

So that as many relatives from abroad as possible can participate at the family celebration, we are hoping for a large number of host families in Switzerland to provide accommodation before and after the celebration. Please indicate in the corresponding section of the registration form if you can be a host family. Thank you very much in advance.
If you come from abroad and wish to stay for a few days before and/or after the celebration with a host family, please indicate in the corresponding section of the registration form, how many nights you need accommodation for.
We are looking for volunteers which can help about 1-2 hours during the reunion. We need help with setting and cleaning up, in the woods, for the barbecue, on the reunion field, in and around the marquee, to take care of foreign relatives and so on. We are looking forward to many volunteers. Please specify on the registration form if you can help.
